Design-build addition to Central District transitional craftsman home. Replaced existing dilapidated back porch with 2-story addition; light and airy bedroom above and covered outdoor dining-room/porch below. Remodeled existing dated bathroom with highly functional finishes intended to withstand the use of two teenage boys, including new laundry.
