Design-build project reworking closed-off and dated main floor. Design is centered around new La Cantina full-wall door system, establishing a strong connection to the outdoors as the house backs up to the lovely Kubota Gardens. Open floor plan, with new custom gas insert fireplace, custom built-in bench constructed from reclaimed rift-sawn white oak flooring, and custom modern kitchen with soapstone counters.
